Firestarter was invited to redesign American Express Singapore's email marketing communications. The challenge for the Agency was to compress into 700x100px, an entire monthly calendar of events, promotions and offers.
Firestarter designed the eDM to be modular, to keep the layout interesting and maintenance easy. Everything from the sequence of the modules, down to the position of each call-to-action, was carefully considered to optimise click-through results.
Print buttons were featured in the eDM to cater for recipients who were not interested in the landing page, but still wish to see a print version.
